Vu Gia Dental Lab Co., Ltd (FDA NO. 3014925384) was established in 2006 under the name of Vu Gia Dental Lab. After a long time with the efforts of all management board and staff, Vu Gia has gradually affirmed its brand in domestic and region market. With 13 years of experience in the research, development and application of good materials, as well as the most advanced dental technologies in dental products, Vu Gia Dental Lab is proud to be rated as one of companies providing the most prestigious dental restoration products and services in the field of dentistry today.

2. History of Vu Gia Dental Lab

Vu Gia Dental Lab was established in March 2006 with only 5 technicians at first in Bac Ninh city. With the big efforts of the leaders, the company soon expanded the market and had breakthough steps.

 In August 2007, Vu Gia set up the second branch in Son Tay province.

In 2008, Vu Gia has grown rapidly in both quantity and quality, the number of technicians doubled in 2007 - from 30 to 60 people and expanded 3 more branches in Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Nghe An.

In early of 2009, Vu Gia opened the 6th branch in Thanh Hoa.

In early of 2010, Vu Gia continued expanding the 7th branch in Hai Duong province and the 8th branch in Bac Giang.

In 2011, the number of staff reached over 100.

In 2013, Vu Gia invested into workshop with 300m2, 9 floors serving for production.

In 2014, the company celebrated opening ceremony for Hanoi branch.

In 2015, Vu Gia set up the second workshop for production in Bac Ninh with 150 m2, 5 floors for production area.

In 2017, Vu Gia was the first company investing CAD/CAM systems, 3D printer and other modern equipments. Vu Gia invested digital technology to reduce the labor and improve the quality to meet international standard for export orientation.

In 2018, with digital workflow and modern equipment, Vu Gia expanded the production workshop in Hanoi branch office for international standard with 1350 square meters.

In early of 2019. Vu Gia completed and inaugurated the expanded area and put in production. Currenlty, Hanoi workshop’s area was up to 5000 square meters with more than 200 staff.

With the guideline for high quality and precision, at the beginning, Vu Gia has strongly invested in the production of dentures. We are the pioneer using high tech applications based on the latest trends of the world. VU GIA DENTAL LAB is proud to be one of the leading laboratories in Vietnam investing the DEKEMA-Germany in sync sintering, pressing, firing furnaces with 3 or 4 different shaded ingots in one pressing. Model room is well equipped with in sync system of Renfert. Vu Gia also use Amann Girbbach-Germany products;using the articulators and dispenser helps shortening time and achieves optimal quality accuracy. For removable prostheses, Vu Gia uses automatic investing, casting and divesting machines of Japanese and Germany technology.

For 10 consecutive years, Vu Gia has become the strategic partner, a big customer accompanying with Ivoclar Vivadent to contribute to build Emax brand in Vietnamese market. Vu Gia is the pioneer in bringing Emax Classic into mass production, its signing contracts has the biggest quantity in Southeast Asia. Firing furnaces of Ivoclar are invested synchronously by Vu Gia right from the days of expanding production line. As the leading manufacturing dental lab in Vietnam, Vu Gia always tries its best to update, improves and invests the latest technologies to serve well not only Vietnamese dentists but also dentists in the world.

Technology 4.0 has penetrated the dentistry industry. Keeping up with the trend of the world, Vu Gia understands that it is crucial to adapt 3D printing technology to production to meet high accuracy requirements, a variety of complex descriptions in implant and prosthesis. Vu Gia has invested VIDA 3D printers, 3D printers System Projet 1200 based on US technology to help print the model of jaw, bridge, denture frame, aligners, surgical guides…

Moreover, our TRIOS intraoral scanners also help dentists and the technicians discuss quickly on fixing, shade and bite issues. In the beginning of 2019, Vu Gia has equipped two more large-sized industrial printers to meet the high technical requirements of the world market. Orienting to 2020 and the following years, Vu Gia will continue to invest and enhance 3D printing technology in production. In October 2019, our lab adapts metal printing technology to mass production by the end of 2019 and early 2020.

Owning a team of skilled technicians, the production process meeting ISO 13485: 2016, ISO 9001 quality standards in 2018, Vu Gia has FDA certificate ( for US, Australia, Canada and Japan markets as well as other ones) and orientation of CE Marking certificate for European market.
